I saved for a long time to buy an expensive phone and thought I should spend the extra mone to get it ensured. I took out the most expensive insurance policy with this company which included theft. I was victim to an organised assault where my phone was stolen and my bank account cleared. The police and bank fraud squad were involved and the bank fraud team concluded that this was a crime and my money was returned in full from the bank. My phone theft claim has been a terrible experience from the start. Being very stressed from the assault I have then spent many weeks dealing with emails by this insurance company where I am being made feel like the criminal. I have lived up to the contract on my side and provided all the details that are known to me but still this company has turned down my claim. I would have given them 0 stars but this feedback tool forces me to put in at least 1. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this company as you may as well just throw the price of the premium in the bin rather than line their wallet. I hope no one else has to suffer the additional stress this company has caused me.

Phoned up about phone cover renewal. Policy price was reduced upon request and once again on combining 2 policies. Staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Excellent customer service representative. In addition to prompt responses to emails we also talked on the phone.

I wanted to add another gadget to my insurance. It was an easy process and Susan did a great job of explaining all the details and also gave me a discount.

Also, recently, I needed to make a claim. That process was very easy too. Once I paid the excess, some came to collect my laptop and it was fixed and delivered in less than a week.

Wanted to change me phone under my original policy. Done quickly with little hassle. Thank you

All I am going to say if you get Dan (Daniel) then you are in the safest hands possible I was passed around at the start of my claim which got very confused but Dan took over calmed me down and dealt with my claim in the best possible way . Honestly he is amazing at his role and hands down the best customer service I have ever received in my life . He didn't use any sympathy but used empathy he saw everything from my prospective as a nervous customer who was angry and concerned with how I was being dealt with and took over the case and did an outstanding job he is a great asset to this company and personally he should get come recognition for an outstanding role he has played he went above and beyond. Can't big him up enough just amazing

One improvement would be for a 24/7 service or over the weekend daytime hours to be able to insure, in my case, a mobile phone purchased on Saturday rather than wait until Monday to confirm insurance cover.
